How much is the shipping fee?

The total cost of shipping depends on the vehicle size and the final destination.
RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping is available to certain countries, while container shipping is available to all destinations.

Yes. A minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount is required prior to shipment.

Yes. Once the Bill of Lading (B/L) has been issued, we will provide you with the corresponding tracking number and website link, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time.

What happens if the car received is not as described?

Prior to shipment, we provide our clients with detailed photographs, comprehensive vehicle information, and any available inspection reports to ensure full transparency regarding the vehicle’s condition.
Should any concerns arise after delivery, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and discuss possible solutions directly with the client.

What happens if the vehicle cannot be shipped after the deposit has been paid?

If shipment cannot be arranged due to circumstances on our side, the deposit will be fully refunded without delay.
However, please note that the buyer is responsible for preparing all necessary import documents and complying with local regulations in the destination country.
If shipment or delivery fails due to the buyer’s own circumstances, the company cannot assume responsibility or issue a refund.
